OK, this is freaky.
A woman gets this guy’s information from his cellphone company, and locks him out of his own account, with one phone call.
Someone posted this video on LinkedIn and it is probably something most people should see – and then take measures to prevent this from happening to you. I guess this would include telling your provider not to talk to ANYONE who isn’t you and therefore can’t provide your password. There’s no way to guarantee they’ll honour your request but making the ask can’t hurt.
